Right from the outset we found Adam to be very easy to work with and he explained every aspect of the build process and always responded promptly to any questions or concerns we may have had. The quote for the works was fully itemised alongside an agreed works schedule. His team of builders were very pleasant to work with, they always turned up on time and if for any reason they were going to be delayed they always informed us beforehand. They were also very good at keeping the build site tidy and did all they could to ensure the build did not impact our day to day living, not an easy job given we were having the whole back of our house removed!
The build was completed largely within the anticipated timelines which is remarkable given the challenges the world faced in 2020 with COVID and lockdowns. Any small snags were immediately rectified, and Adam has always been available to provide advice, even years after the original work finished.
